600 Food Safety, HACCP Compliance; QA Management-Boston

The Quality Assurance and HACCP Compliance Administrator is responsible for

upholding the company’s HACCP Verification Program and quality management

agendas: policies, programs, product inspections, document management and

maintenance and, customer satisfaction.  He/she participates in the maintenance

of vendor HACCP compliance, product quality standards and objectives, is in

communication with company management, suppliers, and customers regarding

product quality expectations, inspection results, corrective actions, customer

requirements, and federal/state and some foreign regulations.


Qualified candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of seafood

manufacturing quality assurance and control.  They will be HACCP Certified

and have a familiarity with auditing principles and USDC methodologies.
