633 Sales Support Manager-South East Florida

Required Skills & Abilities:

*Ability to prioritize, organize and work on multiple projects at a time

*Strong communication skills with ability to develop effective strategic partnerships both in and outside the company

*Project management skills to develop & lead a project to completion

*Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets & databases

*Attention to detail yet ability to make decisions in a timely manner

*Enjoys working as part of a team

*Experience in seafood and industry practices


Other duties:


*Be the intermediary between all sales staff and food brokers. Execute contracts, coordinate pricing, coordinate POS materials, and track broker sales against budget and forecast

*Maintain files of product specifications for all fresh and frozen products.

*Point person for bids, contracts, and all customer documentation.

*Function as the point person for the sales force to respond to bids across all market segments, including assistance with bid pricing, duration, specs & documentation, and new product development.

*Communicate with salespeople on a weekly basis for individual forecasting changes to customer forecasts.

*Develop reports that highlight and avoid potential problems in fulfilling orders.

*Work with customer service to assure all orders shipped in a timely manner. 

*Be the main contact for customers requesting Regal participation in the GDSN program.

*Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of product data within the FSe data base.

*Communicate as needed with FSe for advice and update on new phases of the initiative
