          Established in 1990 as a full line fresh and frozen seafood processor and distributor in the midsouth. Over the years we have expanded our products to include over 1,600 varieties of the freshest meats, cheeses, seafood, and specialty foods available, making us much more than just a seafood company.

            We operate two state-of-the-art, HACCP/SQF certified facilities in Tennessee. One facility, our headquarters, is located in Memphis, while the other is in Nashville. Our commitment to food quality and safety is ongoing and is of the utmost importance.

Your qualifications:

  • Experience, direct hands on - A current fish cutter, with minimum five years focus in seafood processing is highly desired.  However, qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Certification -  HACCP and working knowledge of FDA practices to keep operations at the highest quality standards for the industry today.
  • Additional Requirements – Skills in plant facility, including machinery operation and maintenance are also highly desired.  Bi-Lingual ( Spanish/English )  is a benefit  and the willingness to put the time in required.

Compensation:

  • Salary –   Salary and performance incentives will meet or better industry standards for the right candidate. Compensation for this first year and increases will scale to your ability to take the position from training to direct supervision of the floor operations.
  • Other benefits – Insurance, 401K and paid vacation.  Relocation and living expenses discussed.
