715 Retail Seafood Sales Manager-National/FL

POSITION SUMMARY

This team member’s main responsibility will be to generate and grow revenue while managing communication and order generation for customers established and/or given. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call Prospects to generate new business
  • Work with Management on establishing a broker network
  • Maintain and manage customer communication
  • Write Sales Orders in our customized software system
  • Prepare Annual forecasts with revised monthly adjustments
  • Display a continual upward trend of revenue growth
  • Tradeshow Representation
  • Customer Review/Category Management

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

BA degree or higher with experience in Protein Sales to the Retail channels (crab meat a and foodservice experience is a plus).   An articulate speaker with good follow-through skills and existing relationships is needed.

•           A proven track record selling protein (crab meat a plus)

•           3-5 years of minimum food sales experience

•           The ability to travel monthly

•           Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

•           High Moral Character

•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

•           Hardworking attitude

•           Forecasting and Budget Expertise

•           Desire for Personal & Professional Growth

 

Remote office is an option for the right candidate
