718 Commodity Sales Manager 

Primary liaison between UniSea, Inc. Alaska production and export/domestic sales channels

Salary Range $81,595.00 - $97,920.00 per year

Essential Duties:

  • Provide market research and analysis to determine the best sales opportunities for UniSea, Inc. and outside supplier’s seafood products.
  • Negotiate freight and rates with various carriers and cold storages.
  • Coordinate Alaskan production scheduling with domestic / export sales channels.
  • Maintain product knowledge on all items to ensure they are effectively marketed.
  • Develop direct purchase and sales customers.
  • Develop customers in conjunction with the existing sales network.
  • Participate in the various trade shows to develop and increase commodity products sales.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administrators, Finished Goods operations and outside suppliers in arranging warehousing and shipping seafood products to customers and warehouse locations.
  • Report on an ongoing basis, sales activities and key opportunities for commodity sales.
  • Report any product recall or spoilage issues to Company.



Four-year bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in sales and marketing, or equivalent education and experience required

Minimum of four years of experience in manufacturing, sales, or logistics.
