729 National Seafood Sales Manager-FL

Supreme Crab & Seafood / Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

This team member’s main responsibility will be to generate and grow revenue while managing communication and order generation for customers established and/or given. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call Prospects to generate new business
  • Maintain and manage customer communication
  • Write Sales Orders in our customized software system
  • Prepare Annual forecasts with revised monthly adjustments
  • Display a continual upward trend of revenue growth
  • Tradeshow Representation
  • Customer Review/Category Management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

BA degree or higher with experience in Protein Sales to the Foodservice and/or Retail channels (crab meat a MUST).   An articulate speaker with good follow-through skills and existing relationships is needed.

•           A proven track record selling protein (crab meat a must)

•           3-5 years of minimum crab sales experience

•           The ability to travel monthly

•           Ability to Relocate (work from corporate office in Weston, FL)

•           Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

•           High Moral Character

•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

•           Hardworking attitude

•           Forecasting and Budget Expertise

•           Desire for Personal & Professional Growth
