This position requires you to be a professional self-motivated team player while supportive of your peers working in a relatively close-knit corporate environment. You will have the responsibility for growth, execution and performance, and overall MUTUAL success of your customers and the company.

This exciting position is responsible for managing and growing existing key accounts, adding and growing profitable new accounts, while exceeding customer expectations. This position requires you to have experience and customer history selling commodity and value-added seafood products to National Restaurant and/or Retail Grocery Chains at the corporate and divisional levels. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Identify and sell new national accounts such as regional/national chains, key large retail chains, distributors, wholesalers etc.
  • Identify product gaps and customer opportunities and create a sales plan leveraging your past customer relationships, while developing new ones.
  • Write Sales Orders in our software system
  • Prepare Annual Sales forecasts and update against monthly actuals
  • Demonstrate solid YOY Growth in revenue
  • Maintain positive customer communication and attitude



  • BA Degree or higher with 3-5 years’ experience in selling commodity/value-added seafood to the Foodservice and/or Retail channels.
  • A Proven Sales Track record
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-Motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
