734 Vice President of Sales, Retail- National


  • Drive North American retail sales in fresh/frozen, smoked, and deli categories
  • Expand private label and branded penetration in mass retail, club, and natural channels
  • Develop go to market strategies for high growth pockets of retail ie deli, prepared foods, grab and go
  • Collaborate on product development and innovation pipeline


  • 10 years high level sales experience - preferably with strong value-added, frozen and/or smoked focus
  • Strong direct relationships with key retail buyers across the US and Canada
  • Track record of launching new items - branded and retail private label
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of seafood processing, technology and innovation.
  • Experience on sales forecasting and sales budget.


  • During certain periods up to 70pct travel visiting accounts
  • As needed to perform sales role and for company meetings


  • Negotiable depending on the strength of the candidate
  • Six figure base salary Y1 
  • Aggressive variable commission structure
  • Potential long term incentive plan available to the right candidate

Candidate may work remotely with office expenses covered by company - or from main office in Southern California.
