·         Generate Ad copy and coordinate with the appropriate publications. 

·         Generate job description and/or summary of position to be edited with Client

·         Field all replies to all ads; perform primary screening of all candidates

·         Provide the Client with a ranking of the top candidates, and interview recommendations

·         Keep the identity of Client confidential

·         Forward all replying candidates to Client upon completion of evaluation & ranking

·         Post a listing on the FishJobs website for 45 days at no additional fee

·         Contact FishJobs for a flat fee quote
