Although FishJobs.com still provides this same posting site, FishJobs, the company, has grown into a full-service firm that provides various executive recruiting, talent evaluation, listing services, and seafood industry consulting services. By design (and name,) FishJobs continues to exclusively serve the seafood industry.

With more than 25 years of seafood-specific experience in leadership roles, Jim adds extreme depth to the FishJobs team of seafood industry and recruiting veterans. Jim has held key management roles within our industy and has served as the DOP for Atlantic Food Service (U.S. Foodservice), EVP of Poseidon Seafood, CEO of Aquafarms International (Multiexport Foods USA) and President and CEO of Barnacle Seafood, Inc. Furthermore, Jim has been a featured speaker at the Seafood Expo North America, lectured at various culinary schools, and served on the Editorial Board for Seafood Business Magazine.
