We are currently recruiting for Sales Business Development Manager North America to further grow our team, in North America.

We are currently recruiting for Sales Business Development Manager North America, who will be responsible for Identifying new sales opportunities, managing key accounts and leading mark development plans and execution to accelerate growth.

                                        

Key responsibilities:        

 ·         Supports sales strategy development and execution, identify new business opportunities, maintain key relationships and stay informed about market trends

·         Oversees sales and key account operations, track sales performance against targets and KPIs, and utilize sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

·         Leads the identification of new markets and customers and develop strategic and plans to realize the new opportunities

·         Implements customer-centric strategies, address customer inquiries promptly, and collaborate with the customer service team to improve service deliver

·         Collaborates with the logistics team to optimize operations, streamline logistics processes with stakeholders, and monitor performance for efficiency

·         Develops strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and attend industry events to build relationships.

·         Provides strategic and operational decision-making and leadership across all area

 

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:

·         Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

·         A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior sales role

·         Fluent in both written and spoken English

·         Experience developing operational processes

·         Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage programs and projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including Executive reporting

·         Excellent MS Office skills

·         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth

·         Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development

·         Experience in team management and performance metrics

·         Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tool

·         Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics

·         Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
