939 Seafood Sales Representatives-New Bedford area-Tasty Seafood Company

We are a well-established, privately held business located in southeastern MA with over thirty years of experience. We are a leading importer of high-quality, fresh, and frozen fish from Central and South America, which we distribute throughout the United States and Canada from our distribution center in Miami, FL.   

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record to manage and grow a number of existing key accounts and expand the company’s customer base. Experience and knowledge of seafood products are essential.  This is an in-house position with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

·         Implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and grows existing key accounts.

·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

·         Help manage inventory levels and allocate products amongst the sales team

Requirements

·         5 years minimum experience in sales

·         Successful experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

·         Proven track record of account acquisition to deliver results

·         Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a fully integrated ERP system
