943 Sales Development Representative – Seafood Commodities- Miami, hybrid, or remote-BLUE STAR FOODS

 Position Overview:

 As a Sales Development Representative in the Seafood Commodity Category, you will leverage your current and recent past relationships with seafood distributors across the United States. You will identify new opportunities, nurture your existing connections, and achieve mutually agreed sales targets to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Leverage your existing and past relationships with seafood distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting leads and initiating contact.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pitches that align with distributor needs and company offerings.

- Consistently achieve and exceed mutually agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

- Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance relationship building and business development.

 Qualifications:

 - Proven experience in seafood sales or business development with distributors in the United States.

- Demonstrated ability to monetize current & past relationships and convert leads into sales.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

- Ability to travel to attend industry events.
